The Wee Bus is offering to take you away for a few days to enjoy the hidden gem that is Kalbarri. Staying at the Kalbarri Palm Resort , only minutes walk from the waterfront cafes, restaurants and bars, you will be able to relax and enjoy this idyllic small town to its fullest.
Having a good time is what a trip on The Wee Bus is all about. With BBQs and trips on The Wee Bus while in town you will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the company of your fellow travellers.
Some fantastic restaurants are right on your doorstep as well, so you might choose to do your own thing which is cool too. This is your holiday to enjoy as you please.

Itinerary
DAY ONE
Leaving from Wellington Street tourist bus stop at 7am.
After saying our hellos, we’ll head north towards the Brand HYW, stopping on the way to for a wee break and the opportunity to grab a coffee and a snack. Then it’s onwards to the Halfway Mill Roadhouse, as the name suggests we are about half way to Geraldton already. Refreshed, we’ll continue on past Eneabba and Dongara to Geraldton where we will be stopping for some lunch and a wee look about. There is a nice variety of food shops and cafes in Geraldton for you to buy your lunch from and we’ll not be in any rush as we’re not too far from Kalbarri now.
After lunch we head up into the hills towards Northampton. This is where we will be turning off from the Brand HYW and travelling along the scenic route to Kalbarri via Port Gregory. On this leg we’ll get to stop and view the Pink Lake and visit the Lynton Hiring Depot.
Arriving in Kalbarri at 4pm, you will have plenty of time settle in to your accommodation and have a swim in the pool perhaps before going out to explore the nearby waterfront and enjoy a meal at a restaurant, cafe or bar of your choice.
DAY TWO/DAY THREE
You will have been provided with a continental style breakfast pack to enjoy in your room when you wake up on the three mornings that we will be staying at The Kalbarri Palms Resort. On days two and three we will also enjoy a BBQ brunch/lunch or tea in the resort by the pool.
Depending on which day the weather looks most suitable we shall head off after breakfast on a Wee Bus trip up to the Murchison Gorge Skywalk. You will also have the option of having a look at the view through Nature’s Window. This includes a bit of a walk over some rocky terrain that some may decide against.
Another trip we will make during these two days will be trip to Red Bluff Beach and lookout. Here you can have a swim and a look at the rock formations of Red Bluff. You can also walk up to the lookout if you are feeling energetic, otherwise you can jump in The Wee Bus and I’ll drive you up there for a look.
The evenings will be yours again to enjoy as you please.
DAY FOUR
We will leave at 8am this morning. Once again heading down the coast towards Port Gregory and Northampton.
After passing through Dongara we will take the Indian Ocean Drive towards Perth. Stopping on the way to buy some lunch at Jurien Bay. Our next stop will be The Nambung National Park to view the Pinnacles and visit the Pinnacles Desert Discovery Centre to experience this 30 thousand year old spectacle.
From here The Wee Bus will take you back into Perth, having enjoyed a memorable few days on your Wee Bus trip to Kalbarri, arriving back at Wellington Street tourist bus stop at 6pm.
